| 摘 要： | 随着经济和社会的不断发展,我国的人才标准已越来越不适应人才发展的需要,现有的人才标准因其标准单一、依据不合理而倍受质疑。人才标准分三个组成部分,即人才的道德标准、人才的准入标准和人才的检验标准以及其相互关系,其组成部分为人才的培养、评价提供了有效的方法和手段。

| Abstract: | With the continwal development of economy and society, the cument talent standard have fallon out the social demand. The talent standard in effect is suspected owing to its unitary and unsuitable foundation. This paper expounds three parts in view of its constitutionof the talent standard, namely the ethics standard, the permit standard, the examine standard and its reciprocal relation, which may be refered for the talent cultivation and appraisal. |
