| 摘 要： | 对产业集群的研究大多只认识到集群对企业的资源共享优势,忽视了资源在竞争优势形成过程中的作用。应从资源基础论的角度探讨产业集群给企业带来的竞争优势及其来源与作用机制,且这些优势是集群外企业所难以模仿的。

| Abstract: | There have been many views on industry clustering.However,most of them recognize the competitiveness of sha- ring resources among firms of cluster,omit the role that the resources play during the process of forming competitive advanta- ges.Aim to those views limitation,this paper,base on the Resource-based theory,discuss the competitive advantages from clustering as well as their origins and mechanism they take place.It also implicates that those advantages are difficult to be imitated by firms outside the clusters. |
