| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了在新形势下党校函授在职研究生教育的特点、规律以及面临的一些问题.文章指出,要办好党校函授在职研究生教育,必须明确办学指导思想和办学目标,建立一支稳定的教学管理队伍,把握教学特点与重点,严格教学管理.本文还针对课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、考试考核等方面提出了建设性意见.
