图书编辑胜任力模型构建研究——以长江出版传媒为例

摘    要:图书编辑素质一直是传统出版行业重点关注的问题,并逐渐成为业内长期实践探索的应用研究领域。以国有出版企业长江传媒为例,通过文献研究法、访谈法、问卷调查法收集数据,使用Nvivo12及Spss26软件对原始数据进行整理、分析,逐步调整图书编辑胜任特征,并完成模型的构建与验证。研究得出的图书编辑胜任力模型由专业技能、核心能力、职业素养、个人特质4个维度31项胜任特征构成。

A Study on the Construction of Book Editor Competency Model: Taking Changjiang Publishing Media as an example
Abstract:The quality of book editor has always been a key concern of the traditional publishing industry, and has gradually become an applied research field of long-term practical exploration in the industry. Changjiang Publishing Media, a state-owned publishing enterprise, is taken as an example.Data is collected through literature research, interviews and questionnaires, and Nvivo12 and Spss26 software to collate and analyze the original data.The book editor competency is gradually adjusted, the competency model is constructed and verified. The competency model of book editor is composed of 31 competency characteristics in 4 dimensions: professional skills, core competence, professionalism, and personal traits.
