相关性多样化、内外资联系与城市创新能力

文章主要探讨城市的多样化环境如何影响城市创新。基于2003-2009年中国地级市企业统计数据，本文区分了城市相关性多样化和无关性多样化以及内外资联系带来的相关性多样化并探讨其如何影响城市创新能力发展。结果表明，城市创新受益于具有相关性或互补性的多样化部门带来的知识溢出，城市相关性多样化而不是无关性多样化促进了城市创新能力发展。本文同时计算了外部联系如何通过城市相关性多样化影响城市创新能力的发展。结果发现城市单纯的引进外资或对外贸易无助于城市创新能力的发展，只有在外来部门与本地部门即有相关性又不完全一致时才有利于城市创新，验证了内外资联系的相关性多样化联系推动了区域间和部门间的学习和知识溢出。

Related variety,Extraregional linkages and urban innovation ability

Urban innovation ability depends on several factors, the paper tend to investigate how the urban related diversity environment affect urban innovation abilities. Based on Chinese prefecture level data during the period of 2003 to 2009, the paper distinguished related variety, unrelated variety and extraregional linkage related variety and tended to explore how they affect urban innovation ability development. The results show strong evidence that related variety contribute to urban economic innovation, it is related variety rather than unrelated variety that can effectively promote urban innovation abilities. The paper further verified the effect of extraregional linkages on urban innovation abilities, the results demonstrate that purely FDI or trade does not benefit for urban innovation, only when the external sectors have relations with domestic sectors but not totally the same with domestic sectors can benefit for urban innovation, which proves that the related extraregional knowledge relations can improve the interregional and interindustrial learning process.
