| 摘 要： | 走可持续发展道路的关键是充分发挥科技“第一生产力”的核心作用.科技对可持续发展的有效支持体系,包括科技对可持续发展的有效支持能力体系和科技创新体系的双层耦合结构.促进可持续发展,不仅要充分发挥科技对推进信息化和产业成长的先导力、对产业结构优化的提升力、对合理开发使用资源的利用力、对改善环境的保障力和塑造人才竞争优势的支持力,而且要建设与可持续发展相适应的科技创新体系.

| Abstract: | The key of the sustainable developing way is to give full play to science and technology ,which is the first productivity.Science and technology, to the effective strut system of sustainable development,including science and technology effective strut ability system of stainable development and technical innovation system,they are double layers coupling structure of the system.Promote sustainable development ,it not merely give full play to science and technology of advancing informationization and guide strength,optimizing up to industrial structure,using resources resonably,improving ensuring strength of environment and mounding the support strength of the talent competition advantage and building scientific an technical innovation system in conformity with sustainable devedopment. |
