Establishment of the Regional Knowledge Creating Centre: A SECI Prospective |

| Abstract: | Based on introduction to the SECI theory of knowledge creating, the author expatiates on the connotation of the regional knowledge creating centre, analyzes the essential factors in the establishment about the regional knowledge creating centre. The purpose is to enhance the regional knowledge creating competence, reinforce regional competitive advantage, and advance high-speed development of regional economy. |
