| Abstract: | After the development of the property management(PM),the relation between PM and the community management(CM) is discussed. There are some contact and difference between PM and CM on the basis of static state. But on the basis of dynamic state, according to the paper, new demands on the CM are put forward because of the development of PM. The condition of the further development of the PM will be created by the both perfect CM. And then, the development of the should be harmonious. |
