摘 要: | 针对某货车OTS1阶段样车在海南进行整车可靠性耐久性道路试验中出现立式横梁与后板连接处焊点多处开裂的问题,应用有限元分析软件,模拟弯曲、扭转工况满载的条件对整车强度进行了CAE仿真分析,并结合参考车型结构对比分析,从问题根源出发制订有效方案,对故障区域进行结构优化。

Abstract: | Aimed at the cracking problem of solder joint between vertical beam and backboard,which occur in the road test on OTSl sample car of some freight car in Hainan,the paper is a CAE simulation analysis of car strength,which simulates bend and shifts full load with finite element analysis software.Furthermore,the paper lays out effective scheme to optimize the structure of fault zone based on the structure of vehicle types and root causes. |
