摘    要:采用催化铁内电解法预处理土霉素废水,以铁铜比、pH值、反应时间及固液比为影响因素考察其对处理结果的影响。结果表明:Fe/Cu质量比为6:1、pH值为4.5、反应时间为90min、固液比为0.08时,CODcr的去除率可达到58%,废水的可生化性(BODy/CODcr)由0.1提高到0.4,为后续生化处理创造了有利条件。

Abstract:The Catalyzed iron inernal electrolysis technology was used in pretreatment of oxytetracycline wastewater, the leading factors influencing the productivity of the removal efficiency in the system such as the weight ration of iron and copper, pH value, reaction time and liquid-solid ration were tested. The results showed that when the weight ration of iron and copper was 6:1, pH value was 4.5, reaction time was 90 minutes, the removal rate of CODcr could reach 58% and oxytetracycline wastewater biodegradability could improve from 0.1 to 0.4 which created the advantage for followling biochemistry processing.
