| Abstract: | This paper roundly analyzes the content of enterprise's dual attributes from five aspects relating with enterprise's behavior,including enterprise employee,capital,product,value,environment.It points out that enterprise must be convinced of its natural social and economic attributes and uses these attributes as conscious preparation to direct enterprise's development design and modulate its behavior. |
