| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济的不断发展,新城市贫困问题日益凸现,并成为新世纪人们关注的热点。城市产业集群,作为一种城市资源空间整合的产业组织形式,即获取了相关的网络资源及良好的城市管理环境,又为缓解新城市贫困问题所带来的城市就业压力提供了可能,促进了我国城市就业与城市资源的有效整合,推动了城市建设的稳步发展。

| Abstract: | With the development of social economy in China, new urban poverty problem is becoming one of hot topics in the 21st century. As one of forms of urban industrial organization and an urban economic-geographical structure, urban industrial cluster obtains relative network resources, good management environment and possibility of mitigating the pressure of urban unemployment caused by new urban poverty, and promotes effective integration of various city resources and stable improvement of city construction. |
