| 摘 要： | 企业并购后的整合是企业并购成功的关键 ,而且是比完成并购交易要复杂和困难的工作。根据并购后整合的策略 ,提出了一个并购后整合的程序模型 ,并且分析了导致整合失败的可能原因 ,以期对并购后的整合有新的认识。

On Enterprise Post- merger Integration |

| Abstract: | Post-merger integration(PMI)is the key factor of the success of merger and acquisition(M&A).This is of course difficult and complex task in merger trasactions.This paper discusses the PMI strategies,providing an process model of PMI,and analyses the reasons which bring about the failure of post-merger integration so as to have develop the new understanding of PMI. |
