| 摘 要： | 边境贸易的发展直接关系到我国的全面小康建设,发展边境贸易可以增加人们的经济收入,提高人们的生活水平,而且更重要的是起到了带动边疆地区经济发展的战略作用.边境贸易对于促进边境地区的经济和社会发展,加快国际经济资源的开发与移动,有着特殊的意义.
