| 摘 要： | 现代物流是21世纪最有发展前景的产业之一,为此应将铁路集装箱运输作为铁路转型为现代物流的切入点,通过对铁路集装箱运输转为现代物流的优势和存在问题的分析,初步设计了集装箱公司转型为物流企业的发展模式。
