| 摘 要： | 近年来 ,全球私有化进程加速 ,各国政府都以不同的方式放松对特定领域国有企业的直接控制。我国在市场化进程中 ,进行国有企业改革的探索时有必要借鉴国际私有化的经验。本文以此为目的描述了国际私有化进程的表现 ,并具体分析了国际私有化方式、投资者结构及私有化对资本市场的影响等问题。
