印象管理中进谏行为相关研究的回顾与展望

摘    要:本文介绍了印象管理和进谏行为的概念,认为员工可以通过进谏行为来达到印象管理的目的。而员工的个体差异与其在工作场所的表现产生的交互作用影响着其印象管理的方式。以往的研究主要探讨进谏行为中的员工人格、员工认知风格、团队规模、团队管理风格以及上司态度等影响因素。本文探讨了员工是否产生进谏行为来进行印象管理,还与其自我监控、过去表现以及两者之间的交互作用密切相关。

Abstract:This article, which introduces the definitions of impression management and voice behavior, holds that the staff should achieve the goal of impression management through voice behavior, but the specific mode is affected by the correlated impact of staff individual differences and behaviors in the workplace. Previous researches focused on these influencing factors such as the staff' s personality, cognitive style, the size and the managing style of the team as well as the attitude of the superior. But the article indicated that whether the staff do impression management by voice behavior, is also closely related with staff' s self- monitoring, past performances as well as their interacted impacts.
