信息系统项目实施中的信任机制

尽管监理机制、变动报酬等外部激励有助于信息系统的实施,但现实中的多数信息系统项目不但很少引入监理机制,而且还多采用的是固定报酬。显然,这种缺乏激励机制的委托-代理合同是需要委托人(企业)对代理人(开发商)工作的信任。本文基于代理人的内部激励与信赖行为,先给出了一个信任合同的概念,然后分别把代理人的行为准则、道德规范作为变量引入至委托-代理模型,分析并指出了基于信任的内部激励可能对信息系统项目的实施更为有效。

The Analysis on Trust in Implementation of Information System Project

Although the extrinsic incentives,such as intendance and floating payment,are important to the information system(IS)project,many IS project take the form of a fixed payment and lacking intendance.It's obvious that the principal(enterprise)needs trust in the agent's(vendor's)work under the absence of incentives.Based on the agent's intrinsic motivation and trustworthy behavior,the paper discusses the meaning of the trust contract,and introduces the norms and ethical standards into the principal-agent model,and points out that the intrinsic incentives of trust in the principal-agent model may be better for IS project.
