产学研合作中企业网络位置与关系强度对技术创新绩效的影响

以江浙沪A股上市公司为研究对象,运用DEA模型测度企业技术创新绩效,从网络位置和网络关系维度出发,实证检验产学研合作中企业网络位置与关系强度对企业技术创新绩效的影响。研究表明,网络中心位置即度数中心度在某种程度上抑制企业技术创新绩效提升;企业网络中介位置即中间中心度对技术创新绩效具有显著正向促进作用;网络关系强度对企业技术创新绩效具有显著正向促进作用。据此,提出相关对策建议。

Research on the Influence of Enterprise Network Position and Relationship Intensity on Technological Innovation Performance in IUR Cooperation

Taking the Jiangsu-Zhejiang-Shanghai A-share listed company as the research object, the DEA model is used to measure the performance of enterprise technology innovation. From the perspective of network location and network relationship, the empirical test of the enterprise network location and relationship intensity in the industry-university-research (IUR) cooperation on the technological innovation performance of enterprises influences is provided. The research shows that the central position of the network, that is, the degree of centrality, inhibits the improvement of the technological innovation performance of the enterprise to some extent; the enterprise network intermediary position, that is, the intermediate center degree, has a significant positive effect on the technological innovation performance; the network relationship intensity has a significant positive effect on the enterprise technology innovation performance. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given accordingly.
