营商环境、金融发展与企业技术创新

当前中国以建设创新型国家为发展目标,如何实现信贷资源配置向技术创新转移已成为当前我国经济发展亟待解决的重大问题。在对营商环境影响金融发展与企业技术创新进行理论分析的基础上,选取2007-2017年1 660家企业样本数据进行实证检验。结果表明,优化营商环境可以提升金融发展对创新项目的资本配置总量和效率,进而促进企业技术创新。同时,基于产权异质性的结果显示,上述结论对非国有企业更为显著。

Business Environment,Financial Development and Technological Innovation of Enterprises

In order to achieve the development goal of building an innovative country,how to realize the transfer of credit resources allocation to technological innovation has become a major problem to be solved urgently in China's economic development.Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between financial development,business environment and technological innovation of enterprises,this paper chooses the data of 1660 enterprises company for 2007-2017 years to carry on the empirical analysis.The results show that: optimizing the business environment can improve the capital allocation efficiency of the financial development to technological innovation projects,and thus enhance the technological innovation level of enterprises; Further,based on the empirical results of property heterogeneity,the above conclusions are more significant in non-state-owned enterprises.
