| 摘 要： | 文章以2002—2005年的我国上市公司中的93起技术并购事件为样本,在技术并购模式重构的基础上,以主营业务利润率为指标对技术并购绩效进行了实证分析。结果表明：技术并购总体上提升了企业绩效,行业巩固型技术并购绩效优于业务开拓型技术并购绩效。
