| 摘 要： | 管理理论和管理模式建立在人的发展基础之上，不同的“人的发展经济学”假设衍生出不同的管理理论和管理方法。文章以“人的发展经济学”假设研究分析了集群路径选择的差异，认为在马克思主义经济分析框架下以“人的发展”作为逻辑起点，管理学由个人发展转为企业发展，是建立我国市场体制以及管理体系的人的发展的合理前提。

| Abstract: | As the theory of management and management mode established on the basis of human development, different theories of management derived from different hypothesis of ＂Economics on Human Development＂. This paper analyzes the choice of the path of cluster on the basis of economic on human development, considers that we should take human development as the logic point under Marxism economics, the personal development should shift to group development is the rational premise for establishing the perfect market system and management system on the basis of human development. |
