| 摘 要： | 增加农民收入是解决“三农”问题的核心,因此应将其作为今后几年我国现代化建设最重要的目标。解决农民增收问题就是从战略高度上重视增加农民收入问题,探讨导致农民收入增长缓慢的深层障碍因素。并对解决问题提出总体解决思路和对策建议。
