金融危机下辽宁加工贸易升级对策研究

运用金融危机爆发前后九个月辽宁加工贸易数据,对金融危机对辽宁加工贸易的短期影响进行分析、对比研究发现,加工贸易在应对金融危机中相比于一般贸易对辽宁对外贸易的贡献更大;加工贸易增值率在金融危机爆发后有所增长,显示辽宁加工贸易技术含量有所提高,依靠高技术产品的进出口带动了辽宁加工贸易的发展,从客观上成为辽宁加工贸易转型升级的动因,也说明逐步转型升级是辽宁加工贸易的必然选择。

The Study on Upgrading Countermeasure of the Liaoning"s Processing Trade Under Financial Crisis

In this paper,the nine -month Liaoning's processing trade data has been used before and after financial crisis to analyze the short -term impact of financial crisis upon Liaoning's processing trade.A comparative study found that the processing trade contribution to the Liaoning's foreign trade is larger than the general trade;the value adding rate of processing trade increased after the outbreak of the financial crisis.It is shown that the technology has been improved in processing trade,relying on the import and export of hightech products led to the development of Liaoning's processing trade,which also cause transformation and upgrading of Liaoning's processing trade from an objective view.It also shows that the gradual transformation and upgrading of processing trade is the inevitable choice.Finally,the upgrading countermeasure of the Liaoning's processing trade had been pointed out.
