| 摘 要： | 在知识经济的背景下，文化创意产业正在形成强大的生产力。而文化创意产业集聚区，正是培育生产力的新型业态。政府部门、企业、大学和研究机构、中介服务机构，构成了园区的四个基本组成部分。要把大学和研究机构作为知识之源，要把企业作为产业开发的主体，也要发挥政府和中介机构的服务作用。惟有这样，园区才能形成可持续的发展动力。
