摘    要:薪酬制度是企业人力资源管理的重要组成部分,薪酬制度的改革是国企深化改革中的一个重点和难点。文章分析了国企薪酬制度存在的问题,并对国有企业如何建立起一套科学、有效的薪酬制度提出了对策、建议。

Abstract:Salary system is one of important parts of human resource management. The reformation of salary system is one point of emphasis and difficulty among the process of the state-owned enterprise reformation. The thesis analyses the problems existing in the state-owned enterprises' salary system, meanwhile it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions how to establish a set of reasonable and effective salary system to the state-owned enterprise.
