| 摘 要： | 运用开放式问卷对94名学生和13名教师调查了而校教师的专业素质.结果表明:(1)高校教师的专业素质由知识素质(包括广博知识和专业知识)、技能素质(包括教学技能、育人技能和科研技能)和专业态度(包括工作态度、人格特征和师生关系)三个方面构成;(2)学生与教师对教师专业素质认同存在一定的差异.为了进一步了解高校教师专业素质,本文对其相对重要性进行了排序.
