我国实施可持续发展战略的经济途径

现阶段我国实施可持续发展尚存在以下现实困难:人口压力过大;资源产权制度缺失;资源与环境的使用价格太低。要解决这些困难,应采取如下措施:提高家庭生养成本,降低人口出生率,减轻可持续发展的人口压力;明晰环境资源产权,提高环境资源的使用效率,缓解环境污染和生态破坏;建立抑制环境资源浪费的价格体系,推动经济增长方式和社会生活方式的根本转变。这样才能更好地贯彻落实可持续发展战略。

Economic Path to Implementing Sustainable Development Strategy in China

There exist lots of difficulties at the present stage,in order to carry out the sustainable development better: Too much population pressure,loss of resources poverty right system and low using price of resources and environment.We must take the following measures to solve these difficulties.They are: Improving the cost of family life,reducing population birth rate,loosening population pressure on sustainable development,clearing poverty right of environmental resources,improving using efficiency of environmental resources,relaxing environmental pollution and ecological destroy,setting price system to control environmental resources waste and the fundamental changes of the ways of economic growth and social life,so that we can carry out sustainable development strategy better.
