| Abstract: | Taking government preferential procurement of independent innovation-oriented products is an effective means to promote independent innovation development of Chinese enterprises. Through building performance evaluation system and taking performance management on government preferential proettrement of independent innovation-oriented products, we can guarantee that the govern- ment takes the public responsibility for promoting self-innovation of enterprises and sustainable development of economy. |
