A Discussion on the Development of Factoring in China

As a new comprehensive financing and settlernent method, factoring has particular advantages in meeting the financing need of the SMEs and propelling International trade. For many reasons, China's factoring industry is much under- developed. This paper points out the problems, analyzes the main reasons, and also presents suggestions to make every effort in creating better environment for promoting factoring in China.
