黑龙江省产业结构调整效益研究

近些年来,黑龙江省产业结构一直处在不断的调整、变动之中。产业结构的规律性变化通常伴随着经济的增长、资源配置的合理化,社会的协调发展和人民生活质量的普遍提高,对区域经济和社会发展具有积极的意义。所以,对于产业结构变化规律的研究不仅有助于认识产业结构调整的现状,也为今后的调整指明了方向和重点。尽管黑龙江省产业结构调整的效益低下,但是依然要加快农林牧渔服务业、现代旅游业、信息服务业,以及现代商贸流通服务业的发展,以便推动产业结构的优化。

In recent years,industrial structure of Heilongjiang province has been adjusting continuously.The regular changes in industrial structure mean the development of economy,the rationalization of resource allocation,harmonious development of society and the common improvement of quality of life.Research on the rules of changes of industrial structure is helpful for both knowing the present situation of adjustment of industrial structure and pointing out direction and fields in the future.The beneficial result of industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province is inefficient.In order to optimize industrial structure,Heilongjiang Province should speed up the development of tertiary industry,especially agricultural tertiary industry,mordern tourism industry,information tertiary industry,and mordern business and circulation tertiary industry.
