| 摘 要： | 第三方物流是区别于第一方(卖方)物流和第二方(买方)物流,专门从事物流服务的物流组织或个人。在供应链时代,企业要提高核心竞争力必然要物流外包,第三方物流正是在这样的背景下发展起来。本文从唐山发展第三方物流的基础入手,分析了唐山发展第三方物流的制约因素,最后提出了唐山发展第三方物流的策略。
