对我国城市化进程的再认识--以内蒙古、上海为例

未来我国城市化将处于快速发展阶段,而且面临着复杂的环境.如何保持我国城市化快速、健康、稳定地发展展,这是需要研究的重大课题.主要从四个方面对我国城市化进程提出一些新的认识,即城市产业的发展既要考虑自身产业的发展,也要考虑全球和区域产业的空间梯度转移;城市化空间战略要实施以大城市超前发展为主的多元化城镇发展战略;在深化城市化的内涵中提升城市化的质量;实现农村人口迁移的城市化向功能城市化的转变.

Re-understanding of the Urbanization Progress in China

There will be a sharp rise of urbanization in China in future ,and urbanization will face a complex circumstance. It's an important problem how to contain the rapid , healthy and stable development of urbanization in China. This paper brings forward some new opinions about urbanization in China from four aspects. To take into account not only the development of industry itself, but also the spacial gradient transfer of both global and regional industry;To carry out the strategy of multiform urbanization in which the development of big cities in advance is the principal part in urbanization spacial strategy;To enhance its quality in deepening the urbanization;To realize the change from the urbanization of rural population transfer into the functional one.
