摘 要: | 薪酬激励是控制内部人控制的重要手段。我国上市公司经营者的薪酬激励不足强化了内部人控制问 题,降低了公司治理效率,因此必须重塑激励机制。

Abstract: | Salary-incentive is an important way to manage the controlling of employees. The lackness of the salary-incentive in the listed company in China enforces the problem of empoloyees-controlling and reduces the efficiency of the company running. As a result, incentive system must be re-built to change the situation. |
