建立国土资源科技成果管理新体系促进信息成果转化

国土资源科技成果管理，经过近几年的探索和实践，已经形成比较完善的管理体系，积累了一大批可供查询和应用的信息资源。但由于改革的不断深化，原有的科技成果管理方式已不能适应高速的科技发展和高质量的科技信息服务需求的新形势。基于信息化、网络化的发展方针，国土资源科技成果管理工作必须建立并完善新的管理体系，提高服务功能，做到统一登记、统一管理，实现资源共享，凸显成果管理与信息研究相结合的新方向，逐步推动国土资源科技成果的转化。

Establish a New Administrative System of Scientific and Technological Achievements and Promote the Conversion of Information Achievements

As a result of the further deepening of the reform, the original management pattern cannot be suited to the new situation of the fast-developing science and technology and the demand of high-quality service of scientific and technological information. This paper puts forward suggestions about establishing and perfecting a new management system of scientific and technological achievements, improving the service, and realizing resource-sharing, so as to promote the conversion of the scientific and technological achievements in the field of land and resources.
