| 摘 要： | 分析了某钢铁企业的采购、生产、销售的现状及特点，提出了企业物流流程再造的三种管理模式：以标准规范的生产物流管理模式、以采购管理的物流管理模式、以客户为中心的管理模式，运用层次分析法对企业物流流程再造实施前后进行了综合评价。 |
