| 摘 要： | 航空公司通常将飞机发动机维修业务外包给专业维修供应商。合理的评价和选择维修供应商可以控制维修质量,提高飞机的安全性与可靠性。建立一套航空发动机维修供应商评价指标体系,利用(AHP)层次分析法确定指标权重,并建立了基于层次分析法和灰色关联分析法的维修供应商选择评价模型。

| Abstract: | The airline companies are usually by outsourcing Aero-engine MRO(Maintenance Repair Overhaul) business to professional MRO suppliers.Evaluating and selecting MRO suppliers practically,effectively and reasonably can control the quality of maintenance and enhance the aircraft's safety and reliability.This article builds up a comprehensive evaluation index system for Aero-engine MRO Suppliers.AHP for determining criterion's weight is expounded,and then the appraisal and selection model based AHP and GRA is built.The method can better evaluate and select airline engine maintenance providers quantitative basis,and constantly improve the airline's maintenance management level. |
