基于光谱反射预测模型的印刷墨量控制研究

摘    要:印刷过程中的墨量检测与控制是数字化印刷工作流程中一个十分重要的课题。考虑到光在纸张内部的多重内反射效应,本文以修正的Clapper—Yule光谱反射预测模型为基础,采用最小二乘法拟合测量数据,求出印刷品的理论墨层厚度,进而得到印刷放墨量的校正参数,为印刷品的在线质量控制和全数字化印刷流程的实施提供理论支持。

Abstract:The detecting and controlling of the ink level accurately is an important problem in the digital printing workflow Considering the multiple reflections of the light in the paper, a theoretical thickness value of the ink layer was obtained by fitting the measured data with the least square method based on the revised Clapper-Yule model, and then the ink flow corrected parameter was calculated. This new theory can be used for developing the printing quality on-line control system and the total-digital printing workflow
