摘    要:本文采取等离子体技术对天然植物纤维素进行预处理,然后选择环保缓和型溶剂对处理的天然植物纤维素进行溶解;研究等离子处理后纤维素的结构和表面形貌变化,及等离子处理条件对其溶解性的影响,同时深入研讨了等离子体活化机理和溶解机理。研究结果表明,等离子体处理技术对天然植物纤维素溶解度达到最高值是一种极有效的预处理技术。当等离子体轰击功率为120W,时间为90s时,纤维素的溶解度达到最大,接近于100%。经过后处理,得到的溶液均匀透明,黏性适中,成膜性能优良。

Abstract:In this paper, natural plant cellulose was pretreated by plasma technology, then was dissolved by environmentalfriendly solvent. The structure and morphology of cellulose with and without plasma treatment were characterized by FTIR and SEM. And the influence of plasma processing conditions on the solubility of cellulose was studied. Additionally, plasma activation mechanism and the solution mechanism also were explored. The results show that plasma treatment can effectively improve the solubility of the natural cellulose. The maximum solubility of the natural cellulose can reach at a RF power of 120W, time of 90s. Through plasma pretreatment, obtained solution is uniform transparent with appropriate viscosity and good film forming property
