摘    要:本文综述了自由基聚合链转移反应的机理及发展历程,着重概述了基于加成一断裂链转移机理的链转移剂在自由基聚合中的应用。主要的加成-断裂链转移剂类型包括乙烯基醚类,烯丙基硫代化合物、砜、卤化物、磷酸盐类,烯丙基过氧化物类以及硫代羰基类化合物。加成一断裂型链转移剂能够在自由基聚合中作为分子量调节剂,控制聚合物的分子量及分布,并能广泛用于常用单体中。该类链转移剂为制备末端功能化聚合物、嵌段聚合物提供了一种有效的途径,在印刷和包装用油墨、胶黏剂等高分子材料领域,有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:In this paper, the mechanism and development of the chain transfer reaction in free radical polymerization were reviewed. It focus on dealing with reagents that were applied in various common monomers based on addition-fragmentation chain transfer (AFCT) mechanism. These reagents include vinyl ethers, allyl sulfides, sulfones, halides, phosphonates, silanes, allyl peroxides, thionoester. The AFCT process is a versatile method for control over the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. It is suitable for most monomers by free radical polymerization. It provides a route to synthesize functional polymers and block polymers. It is possible for the AFCT reagents to use in ink and adhesive in printing and packaging industry.
