直接喷射制版用水性UV感光胶的制备

摘    要:针对现有直接制版所用图文信息载体污染环境,难于清洗,且印版干燥较慢、耐印力低的问题,根据现有的水性UV涂料配方,选择适当的物质和配制方法,制备出一种胶印直接喷射制版用水性UV感光胶。使用该方法制备的水性UV感光胶固化速度快、固化温度低,黏度调节容易,不含VOC,不污染环境,无刺激性和臭味。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem in the existing graphic information cartier used in making plate, such as pollution, difficult to clean and low drying rate of printing plate, based on the existing waterborne UV-curing coating formula, the waterborne UV-curing sensitive adhesive for making offset-printing plate by direct injection was prepared with appropriate materials and prepared methods. The results showed that waterborne UV-curing sensitive adhesive has the advantages of fast curing speed, low curing temperature, easy viscosity adjustment, non-VOC, no pollution, no irritation and odorless.
