| 摘 要： | 在党的十七大报告中,有关法治国家和法治政府建设的内容占有举足轻重的地位。站在新的历史起点上,进一步推进法治政府建设是加快建设社会主义法治国家一项十分重要和紧迫的任务。当前和今后一个时期,推进法治政府建设应着重抓好四项关键性工程,即加快行政管理体制改革,健全行政组织法和公务员法;坚持科学立法、民主立法的原则,完善行政法律体系;严格规范行政执法,推进依法行政;构建行之有效的行政监督机制,确保行政权正确行使。
