| Abstract: | Reinforcing the inter-relationship between the local and multinational enterprises is crucial for the host country to gain the technology spillover from foreign research and development institutes.The paper analyzed the latest development of foreign research and development institutes in Shanghai and the major constraint in the process of technology spillover,and put forward some policy recommendations to improve the spillover of foreign research and development institutes. |
