Five work should be done to develop China foreign direct investment

Develop direct foreign investment is an essential part of the "Going Out" Strategy for Chinese enterprises. This paper analyses the problem from five different aspects, such as the Selection of the investment industry, the internationalization of the foreign investment body, the reinforcement of the government's macroscopic readjustment and control, the establishment of investment assurance system, and the consummation of the legal protection system, so as to find ways to best reallocate the foreign direct investment in the new century.
