| 摘 要： | 安徽地勘局1997年起开始了企业化经营的探索,在全局范围内按三个层次进行了深入细致地结构调整和改制工作,并取得了一定的成绩.去年7月,地勘队伍属地化管理后,进一步理清了推进企业化经营的思路,针对结构调整和改制工作中的问题和困难,提出了相应的对策和措施.

| Abstract: | An Hui Provincial Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources has been run as enterprise since 1997, and that carried on structural adjustment and reform from three levels in the whole bureau and made great achievements. Last July, it further clarified the train of thought on pushing forward business management after localized management. In view of the difficulty in structural adjustment and reform, the paper puts forward countermeasures. |
