| 摘 要： | 为城市农民工建立社会保险已成为人们的共识。但目前却存在农民工社会保险参与率低、退保率高的突出问题，其根本原因在于现行对农民工的社会保险制度供给与其制度需求之间的错位。要解决之，必须对现行农民工社会保险制度供给进行修正，使之满足农民工的制度需求。

| Abstract: | Nowadays,It has become a common cognition for us to establish and perfect social security system for farmer-workers.But most farmer-workers are reluctant to participate the present urban social security system.This is resulted from the mis-matching of the demand and supply in the urban security system for these people.To solve this problem,we should modify the supply of the urban social security system to meet with these people's demand. |
