虚拟建设（Virtual Construction）——新型的工程项目管理组织模式

现代信息技术和通讯技术的高速发展对工程项目管理的思想、 组织、方法和手段产生了深远的影响，并且已逐渐在改变着工程项目管理的组织模式。本文首先分析了虚拟建设产生的背景，接着提出虚拟建设的概念和内涵，最后概述了虚拟建设实施过程中信息分类的方法，以期对虚拟建设这种新型的工程项目管理模式的实践起指导作用。

Virtual Construction--The New organizational Mode of Construction Project Management

High speed of modern information technique and communication technique affects deeply on the ideologey,organization, method and means of construction project mangagement, and is changing the organizational mode of construction project management.This article first analyses the background of the virtual construction, second the concept and meaning of virtual construction are put forward, and last the information classification method of virtual construction is described.The objective of the article is to guide the practice of virtual construction, the new organizational mode of construction project management.
