| 摘 要： | 法制现代化是分层次的 ,而我们的现代化不是并进的 ,制度的建设和人的行为是有距离的。亲情伦理是一个重要的影响因素 ,它在一定程度上还形成了我们的舆论环境和价值观 ,因此 ,拉近现代化的法律与我们传统价值观的距离 ,加大我们的宣传教育可以在一定程度上解决这一矛盾

| Abstract: | Legal modernization is gradational, in China, legal modernization is not advance with "Four Modernizations" together, exist certain distance between construction of system and man's conduct. Ethics for kin feeling is an important factor, to a certain extent, it become our environment of the media and sense of value, so, reduce the distance between modern law and traditional sense of value, enlarge propaganda and education may solve this contradiction to a certain extent. |
