解决民营科技企业融资难的路径选择

融资难是民营科技企业发展中遇到的突出问题。对于产生这一问题的原因，本文做了较为深入的多角度分析。针对民营科技企业融资难的种种原因，作者认为，一方面要努力培育适应中小民营科技企业不同发展阶段所需要的投融资体系；另一方面，要加强信用管理，开发新服务品种，加大对高科技中小企业的信贷资金投放。同时，要改善信用状况，选准发展项目，增强民营科技企业自身的融资能力。

Choice of Ways to Solve the Financing Difficulty of Private Scientific Enterprises

The cause of the financing difficulty of private scientific enterprises is analysed in different lights.To solve this problem,it is suggested that a proper financing system of different phases be cultured and the present credit administration be strengthened to develop new services and to increase the fund to the high-tech mid-small sized enterprises.Also,right projects should be chosen and the financing abilities of private enterprises be encouraged.
