| 摘 要： | 本文通过现代社会对石油天然气资源开发利用所造成的能源危机、资源浪费、环境污染等社会问题,石油天然气资源分布和消费的不均匀性对世界政治、经济的影响以及对我国石油工业组织结构现状的分析,为谋求人与自然的合谐发展和经济的持续稳定发展,提出了对石油天然气资源合理开发利用应采取的对策。

| Abstract: | Dealing with the energy crisis, waste of resources, enveronment poplution and some other social problems caused by the present development and use of petroleum natural gas, the article gives analysis of the influence to the world politics and economy and to the present state of our country's petroleum industry organizations caused by the ill-distribution of the petroleum natural gas resources and its consumption. In order to make the healthy development between man and nature and the steady and constant development of economy, the article puts forward the countermeasures which should be taken in the reasonable development and use of the petroleum natural gas resources. |
